When we receive calls from the users, we suggest them to check their cables if they are plugged in the right port options.
In the picture there are two options in the menu of the port: IC card and ID card. Let us brief you about these two devices. IC cards are the devices which have a chip in them, which stores the data in the card. The feature missing in the ID card.

Even after so many privacy issues that press coverage has made its chorus; the potential of this technology has not been seen by the public any less important. The press has centered on highlighting its threats only. No new technology has ever been an exception to this attitude. A technology so effective and subtle is bound to surprise the public and arouse doubts in the hearts of billions.
That is what is the proof of its ability to add value to billions of lives.
Taking into account the optimism technologists and the engineers in our organization and across the technologists’ fraternity, we decided to sit down and brainstorm about the problems of the users.
So what are the problems that pain the users of RFID cards?
A more frequent problem we hear from the users is failure of access control system.
The problems with the integrity of the device can be because of a fault in an integrated circuit (Normally called IC).
IC is a small device which works as processor in any electronic device. As told by our experts, no device can operate without this unit. IC can be burnt in the unfortunate events of over voltage and wrong way round power connection. Due to this mistake diode does not allow the flow of the current. This can damage the controller, which works integration of the other rest of the devices like reader, RFID cards.
Another probable reason of a fault in the access control system is wrong way round cable connections. As shown in the picture below, the reader and the controller are connected with 5-6 cables e.g. Power cable, two data cables and buzzer cable and x cable. Many times, it is just wrongly plugged cables into the ports of the reader and the controller.
